  • 10 to 12 bread slices
  • 1 liter milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • Some chopped nuts
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  • First, boil some milk. And reduce the milk a bit. Then add sugar, cardamom powder. Add chopped nuts. Mix well and leave it to cool down.
  • Now, take 100 ml milk. Heat it for 30 to 40 seconds on low flame. Then add milk powder. Mix well. Add cardamom powder. And cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame or until it turns little bit thick in consistency. Turn off the heat.
  • Now, take a bread slice. Cut the sides. And roll it. Now spread 1 tbsp malai over it. Roll it out tightly. Make all of the bread rolls like this.
  • Now pour milk over the rolls. And store it in the fridge. Bread malai roll is ready. Serve it chilled. You can store it for 4 to 5 days in the fridge.
