  • Bread
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Ginger garlic
  • Green chillies
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Chat masala
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • In a grinder, add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli and some salt. Grind to a smooth paste. In pan heat some oil. Add cumin seeds and the grinded masala. Let this cook for some time and then add haldi, red chili powder and salt according to taste. In another pan toast bread slices and roughly chop into 6-8 pieces. Add the bread chunks to the cooked masala and mix well. Once the bread chunks are well coated, take off the heat and garnish with chaat masala and fresh coriander. Serve hot.sprinkle onion on top.
