  • Sooji
  • Rice flour
  • Curd
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Coconut

Instructions

  • take a large mixing bowl and transfer bread slices. crumble them into small pieces. add black pepper powder. add onion and coriander leaves. add ginger. add dry coconut. add curd. add rava and rice flour. add salt to your taste. mix all the ingredients and form a soft dough. now make a small ball and gently press to flatten. then slowly create a hole in the center. heat oil. deep fry the vadas slowly on medium flame. fry on both sides till they turn golden brown. drain on paper towel to remove excess oil. serve hot.
