Ingredients

  • 8 Bread slices ,2 tbsp Gulkhand
  • 1 tbsp dry grapes ,2 tbsp Almond pieces
  • 2 tbsp cashew piece ,1/4 cup Besan flour
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour ,to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
  • Required Water
  • 1 spoon Ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  • Mix gulkhand, almond, cashews and grapes & keep aside.
  • Take a vessel, add besan flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, salt and Turmeric powder.
  • Mix and add required water and mix. Bajji batter is ready.
  • Take a bread slices and cut the round shaped pieces.place gulkhand mix on the bread slice.
  • Tuch the edges with water on both sides. Now press two slices to close it. Pockets ready.
  • Take a pocket, Dip on the batter and deep fry the pockets.
  • Serve with love.
