- Mix gulkhand, almond, cashews and grapes & keep aside.
- Take a vessel, add besan flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, salt and Turmeric powder.
- Mix and add required water and mix. Bajji batter is ready.
- Take a bread slices and cut the round shaped pieces.place gulkhand mix on the bread slice.
- Tuch the edges with water on both sides. Now press two slices to close it. Pockets ready.
- Take a pocket, Dip on the batter and deep fry the pockets.
