  • 8 Bread slices
  • 2 tbsp Gulkhand
  • 1 tbsp dry grapes
  • 2 tbsp Almond pieces
  • 2 tbsp cashew piece
  • 1/4 cup Besan flour
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 spoon Ginger garlic paste
  • Required water

Instructions

  • Mix gulkhand, almond, cashews and grapes & keep aside.
  • Take a vessel, add besan flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, salt and Turmeric powder
  • Mix and add required water and mix. Bajji batter is ready.
