Ingredients

  • 2 onions, 1 chopped tomato
  • 3-4 green chillies, chopped
  • As required cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder ,1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala ,1 1/2 tsp Dhaniya powder
  • as per taste Salt
  • 5-6 pcs bread slices
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • As Required Coriander leaves for garnishing.
  • First, put the oil in the kadhai. heat it.
  • Then add chopped onions to it and saute well. then add chopped tomatoes and green chili.
  • Once they are well cooked then add salt and all the masalas and leave it for 5-7 mins on medium to low flame.
  • After that add 1 cup of water to it and let it boil.
  • Now cut the bread pcs into smaller squares and add them to the kadhai.
  • Mix it well and then add some chopped coriander for garnishing.
  • And your bread poha is ready to eat. Serve it hot.
