- As Required Coriander leaves for garnishing.
- First, put the oil in the kadhai. heat it.
- Then add chopped onions to it and saute well. then add chopped tomatoes and green chili.
- Once they are well cooked then add salt and all the masalas and leave it for 5-7 mins on medium to low flame.
- After that add 1 cup of water to it and let it boil.
- Now cut the bread pcs into smaller squares and add them to the kadhai.
- Mix it well and then add some chopped coriander for garnishing.
- And your bread poha is ready to eat. Serve it hot.
