- In a kadhai, add some oil, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, hing and mix. Add in chopped chilli, ginger and peas. Saute. Sprinkle all the spices and mix well. Further add in mashed potato and combine all the ingredients. Prepare a slurry using maida, corn flour, salt and chilli flakes. Trim the sides of bread and flatten using a rolling pin. Add in the aloo masala and seal to make a cone shape. Dip the bread samosa in the maida slurry and roll on the breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the bread samosas. Serve with tomato ketchup.
