  • Moong dal batter
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 3 /4 green chillies
  • A piece of ginger
  • Pinch of turmeric

Instructions

  • Prepare Moong dal smooth batter by soaking in water for 2 hours,Grind in a mixer with 2 tbsp salt as per your taste and add some 3 /4 green chillies ,a piece of ginger,pinch of turmeric
  • Place the batter in a appam mould and steam it till cooked.
  • Serve hot.
