- Dry Roast the Oats , pumpkin seeds and white sesame seeds (separately) and let it cool
- Take a mixing bowl Add roasted oats, pumpkin seeds, white sesame and raisins. Add peanut butter , milk powder and honey
- Mix everything together. Take a setting tray and sheet parchment paper. Empty the mixture in the tray . Press with a flat spatula or tray with high pressure and freeze it for 15-20 minutes
- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler. Let me cool after melting for 5 odd minutes and keep stirring.
- Pour the tempered dark chocolate on the set bar tray and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Cut it with a sharp knife and wrap with a parchment paper.
- It's a complete breakfast bar. You can even break it in a bowl, add milk or water and eat it as a breakfast bowl. It can last upto 15-20 days if stored in a cool and dry place.
