  • Oats
  • Homemade Peanut Butter (No Sugar))
  • Honey
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • White Sesame seeds
  • Raisin
  • Milk Powder (Optional)
  • Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  • Dry Roast the Oats , pumpkin seeds and white sesame seeds (separately) and let it cool
  • Take a mixing bowl Add roasted oats, pumpkin seeds, white sesame and raisins. Add peanut butter , milk powder and honey
  • Mix everything together. Take a setting tray and sheet parchment paper. Empty the mixture in the tray . Press with a flat spatula or tray with high pressure and freeze it for 15-20 minutes
  • Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler. Let me cool after melting for 5 odd minutes and keep stirring.
  • Pour the tempered dark chocolate on the set bar tray and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  • Cut it with a sharp knife and wrap with a parchment paper.
  • It's a complete breakfast bar. You can even break it in a bowl, add milk or water and eat it as a breakfast bowl. It can last upto 15-20 days if stored in a cool and dry place.
