- In a pan add milk and oats and cook on a slow flame to make porridge. Cook till all the milk is absorb in the oats. Let it cool for a while
- Take cold water in a bowl and add pink colour and rose essence Dip rice paper in water and let it sit for 5 minutes till it is soft
- Remove the rice paper from water and stretch it on a mat
- Add a thick layer of porridge on centre in a straight line Top with fruits, nuts and seeds
- Roll the rice paper to form sushi roll Cut into 1inch pieces
- Enjoy the breakfast sushi roll with some milk
