Ingredients

  • Rice paper
  • Rose essence
  • Pink colour
  • Oats
  • Milk
  • Strawberry
  • Blueberry
  • Banana
  • Almonds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a pan add milk and oats and cook on a slow flame to make porridge. Cook till all the milk is absorb in the oats. Let it cool for a while
  • Take cold water in a bowl and add pink colour and rose essence Dip rice paper in water and let it sit for 5 minutes till it is soft
  • Remove the rice paper from water and stretch it on a mat
  • Add a thick layer of porridge on centre in a straight line Top with fruits, nuts and seeds
  • Roll the rice paper to form sushi roll Cut into 1inch pieces
  • Enjoy the breakfast sushi roll with some milk

Notes/Tips

Rice paper do not have any taste. Rose essence gives its light flavour. Add /substitute fruit and nuts of your choice
