Ingredients

  • 1 pack mehran vermicelli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 glass water (little more or less can be added)
  • 1 teaspoon each salt,red chilli powder,ginger garl
  • 1/2 teaspoon each turmeric powder,Garam masala pow
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • For tempering:-
  • 2 springs curry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

Instructions

  • Firstly crush all the vermicelli in its pack itself further dry roast it for 1 minute remove it set aside.next take a Kadhai add oil temper it with mustard,cumin seeds & curry leaves then add chopped onions sauté until golden & add chopped tomatoes cook until it’s mashed now pop in all spices together add roasted vermicelli & water add coriander leaves & cover the lid for 3 minutes
  • Once it is cooked pop it in a serving dish or bowl garnish with a dollop of butter piece.and serve it hot …!
