- Firstly crush all the vermicelli in its pack itself further dry roast it for 1 minute remove it set aside.next take a Kadhai add oil temper it with mustard,cumin seeds & curry leaves then add chopped onions sauté until golden & add chopped tomatoes cook until it’s mashed now pop in all spices together add roasted vermicelli & water add coriander leaves & cover the lid for 3 minutes
- Once it is cooked pop it in a serving dish or bowl garnish with a dollop of butter piece.and serve it hot …!
