  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Water
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Chicken sausages
  • Ketchup
  • Dark soya sauce
  • Cream cheese
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Fry/ sautée the sausages in a little oil, till cooked. Add the ketchup and the soya sauce and toss till the sausages are well coated.
  • Make the batter for the crepes- Mix the flour, salt and pepper well, add the eggs and water and whisk into a smooth batter of pouring consistency. Strain and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
  • Make the crepe by lightly oiling a non stick pan - use one full spoon of batter , start pouring the batter onto the pan, as you move your hand in a circular motion. This will help get an even coating of batter, and a nice thin crepe. Make 3 crepe’s .
  • Assemble the crepe rolls Take a crepe , spread an even layer of cream cheese on the bottom, and place a sausage in the Center. Fold the crepe over the sausage on the top and bottom, and then roll the sides to form a neat parcel. Cut diagonally and serve
