  • Brinjal
  • Besan
  • Rice flour
  • Salt
  • Ajwain
  • Red chilli powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Oil
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and place besan, rice flour,ajwain,salt,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder and add water and make a semi liquid batter. Then dip sliced brinjal and make sure that the brinjal is coated with besan batter. Then place then in hot oil and let it fry until brown in colour then take them out and serve hot with tomato ketchup and onion.
