  • Brinjal
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Garam masala
  • Turmeric

Instructions

  • Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pan. Then add curry leaves,garam masala,red chilli powder,salt, turmeric and mix well. Then add sliced brinjal and mix until brinjal is coated with spices. Then cook until brinjal is soft. Serve hot with rice.
