- Preheat oven @180° C for 10 minutes.
- Grease a pan with oil and line with parchment paper ( lining parchment is optional)
- In a mixing bowl add the curd, oil, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
- Add the sieved flour, broccoli, cheese, chilly flakes and garlic. Fold them to combine.
- Add milk and fold the mixture to make a thick mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Tap the pan for couple of time to release any air incorporated inside.
- Sprinkle some chilly flakes which is totally optional.
- Bake at a preheated oven @180° C for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and et it stand for 5-10 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve with sauces or dips of your choice.
