Ingredients

  • 15-20 Fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Mustard sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper or paprika as per liked
  • 4 cups Boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water

Instructions

  • First, add salt to the boiling water and dip the carrots and broccoli florets in it.
  • Boil on high for 5 to 7 minutes. Take out and refresh in cold water.
  • Slice carrots in thin slices. Squeeze out water from broccoli and pat dry. Add both the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine all the salad dressing ingredients in a small glass bowl and whisk well.
  • Then add it to the salad. Gently mix to coat. Serve immediately and enjoy healthy and delicious broccoli salad.
