- First, add salt to the boiling water and dip the carrots and broccoli florets in it.
- Boil on high for 5 to 7 minutes. Take out and refresh in cold water.
- Slice carrots in thin slices. Squeeze out water from broccoli and pat dry. Add both the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine all the salad dressing ingredients in a small glass bowl and whisk well.
- Then add it to the salad. Gently mix to coat. Serve immediately and enjoy healthy and delicious broccoli salad.
