Broccoli cheese soup

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 onion,cut into pieces, as per taste Salt
  • as required Crushed black pepper,
  • as required Potatoes cut into cubes
  • 200 gm Approx broccoli cut into pieces
  • 1 cup water, 1/2 tetra pack fresh cream/ malai
  • 1 cube processed cheese
  • as required Some blanched broccoli florets & chee

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan. add 1 tsp garlic cloves
  • Add onion and salt, crushed pepper, potatoes cut into cubes. Add broccoli cut into pieces (remove stem)
  • Add 1 cup water cover the lid and cook until potatoes are mushy. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.
  • Churn in mixie to make smooth mixture transfer the mixture in same pan keep the flame slow
  • Add some water (if it's too thick) add fresh cream/ malai. Add 1 cube processed cheese and mix it.cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.
  • And the soup is ready take it in a serving bowl, garnish with some cheese and delicious broccoli and cheese soup with toast.
