- Take 6 tbsp of oil in a pan on a low heat and add onions. once the onions cooks add broccoli, tomatoes, coriander and a cup of water. And cook the whole thing until the water disappears. In the mean while take 2 tbsp of oil in a small pan and add chana dal and moong dal and cook them. Now take the broccoli mixture and grind it. In the last add 2 tbsp of lime juice. now take another pan and add 1 tbsp of oil and add red chillis, cumin seeds and mustard seeds and mix the mixture in to the chutney.
