  • Broccoli, ginger, garlic, bread crumbs, boil potat
  • Green chilli , Salt, Aamchur powder

Instructions

  • Take Broccoli cut into piece n blanch it. Take mixer jar add broccoli+ginger+garlic+chilli+jeera n grind it. In a bowl add broccoli mixture add boil potato+aamchur powder jsalt to taste. Mix well with hand. Make small tikki shape n fry it Delicious Broccoli🥦 kabab is ready.

Notes/Tips

U can shellow fry.. Dip fry or rist in oven or can air fry also
