- Cut broccoli into small pieces with the stem. Keep aside. In a bowl, mix besan, corn flour, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, kesar colour, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and water. Mix well to a bajji batter consistency. Now dip the broccoli pieces in the batter and fry it in oil. Fry till golden brown. Drain the excess oil on a tissue paper. Serve with tomato chilli sauce.
