  • Oil
  • Onjon
  • Salt
  • Green chillies
  • Broccoli
  • Amchur powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Wheat flour
  • Butter
  • Water

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion, little salt and saute it. Add green chillies, grated broccoli, amchur powder and saute it. Add curry leaves, salt and saute it for 2 minutes. Take a bowl add wheat flour, little salt, oil and water mix it nicely to make a paratha dough. Divide dough into portion and make round flat shape with hand and stuff the broccoli mixture and seal the edges. Dust some flour and roll the paratha. Place it on hot tawa with little oil and cook it on both sides. At last add butter on both sides and slightly rotate it. Ready to serve.
