- Soak broken wheat in water for 2 hours and both daals for 1/2 hour..Take cooker add soaked and washed daliya and daals..add three cups water and required salt .. keep on slow flame for 20 minutes
- Let it cool down then open the lid..it will cooked. Now take a pan. Add oil add all khada masala let it splutter add chopped garlic tomato and cook for 2 minutes
- Add this mixture in cooked khichdi mix properly adjust constituency by adding water..cook for 5 minutes lastly add ghee...Tasty khichdi is ready to serve.
