  • Milk
  • Daliya
  • Jaggery
  • Socked and cut Almonds
  • Cardamom Powder
  • Saffron strands
  • Ghee
  • Nuts of your cho
  • Water

Instructions

  • Put InstaPot on a Sautee mode.
  • Add ghee and broken wheat, sautee for 1 minute.
  • Add jaggery, 3 cups milk, water, saffron, cardamom powder and almonds.
  • Give it a quick stir and cook on porridge mode for 20 minutes with NPR.
  • Open InstaPot and add remaining milk to bring pudding to consistency you like.
  • Garnish it with your choice of nuts.
  • Serve it chilled.
