- Put InstaPot on a Sautee mode.
- Add ghee and broken wheat, sautee for 1 minute.
- Add jaggery, 3 cups milk, water, saffron, cardamom powder and almonds.
- Give it a quick stir and cook on porridge mode for 20 minutes with NPR.
- Open InstaPot and add remaining milk to bring pudding to consistency you like.
- Garnish it with your choice of nuts.
- Serve it chilled.
