- Soak the rice for 1-2hours. Cook them and keep aside to cool.
- In a pan, add oil and jeera. Once jeera crackles, add onions and cook till translucent. Add all the other veggies and add salt. Cook for few mins till veggies are slightly soft. Do not add water.
- Add the spices and fry for 1-2mins till the raw smell of spices is gone.
- Add the cooked rice, salt and mix well. Cook on low flame for about 10mins. Serve hot.
