- First in a pressure cooker heat some oil add in Jeera and garlic and let jeera splutter. Add hing after that and then followed by overnight soaked chana and pressure cook for 8 whistles. Open and add salt and give it a boil.
- Now keep the remaining water aside to make a dough. Once chana is cooled grind it coarse. To this add Kasuri methi with the three flours, chilli powder and amchur. Make a soft dough.
- Take a butter paper grease or and flatten one ball of the dough. Heat a tawa, grease it and flip the butter paper over hot tawa and cook on both sides.Serve with any subji.
