  • Brown rice
  • Potato
  • Carrot
  • Peas
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add the ginger garlic paste followed by the mashed potatoes,grated carrots and peas.Add the red chilly powder, garam masala and salt. Saute for about 2-3 minutes.Now add the cooked brown rice and combine everything together. Now pinch some portion from the above mixture. Shape them into a patty using your palm and fingers.Coat the patty by rolling them over the bread crumbs. Now place them on a hot pan. Drizzle some oil on the sides. Cook till it turns golden brown. Turn them over and cook on the other side too. Serve them with some ketchup.
