Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 potato boiled and mashed
  • salt according to taste
  • oil as required for shallow fry
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl add in cooked brown rice and boiled potato mash together nicely, add in all the masala ingredients, rice powder, chopped onions, green chillies.. give it a good mix...
  • Heat up oil in a deep broad sauce pan for shallow frying..grease your palm with oil make round cutlets.. keep it little thin than usual cutlets to get that crispiness..
  • Shallow fry them both sides until gets golden brown colour.. and your done... Enjoy your healthy, tasty cutlets... !!
