- Toast your french baguette (4 pieces) with some olive oil.
- Take fresh tomato, deseed it and then chop it in small pieces.
- Chop olives and jalapenos.
- Take three fresh basil leaves and chop it up.
- Mix the tomato, olives, jalapenos and the basil with some salt and olive oil.
- Put this tomato mixture on the toasted baguette pieces. Ready to serve
