Ingredients

  • 1 bowl buckwheat or kutu ata,
  • to taste, Salt
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder,
  • as required Some chopped dhania patta,
  • 1 tsp oil,
  • 1 Veggies medium sized onion chopped finely,
  • 1/4 of each All three bell peppers finely diced

Instructions

  • Take a mixing bowl, add kutu ata.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder.
  • Now add all the veggies one by one, mix it well.
  • Add water slowly slowly b, make a thin batter (not runny). Add oil, mix it well.
  • Add dhania patta, mix it well.
  • Take a non-stick pan or tawa, add lil oil, heat it.
  • Moderate the flame, pour 1 ladle full on the pan, spread in circle, make chila.
  • Cook it both side till light brown.
  • Take out in a serving dish, have it with any chutney or dip.
