- Take a mixing bowl, add kutu ata.
- Add salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder.
- Now add all the veggies one by one, mix it well.
- Add water slowly slowly b, make a thin batter (not runny). Add oil, mix it well.
- Add dhania patta, mix it well.
- Take a non-stick pan or tawa, add lil oil, heat it.
- Moderate the flame, pour 1 ladle full on the pan, spread in circle, make chila.
- Cook it both side till light brown.
- Take out in a serving dish, have it with any chutney or dip.
