Ingredients

  • Maida/all purpose flour 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Dry yeast 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm milk and put aside for 15 minutes..take both flour add 1 tbsp oil and salt mix well..now add milk yeast and sugar mixture
  • Knead the dough by adding required water and put in a vessel cover it tight and leave in warm place for 2 hours
  • Now again knead dough for two minutes and make equal size balls and place in greased non stick pan..leave for again 15 minutes in covered pan
  • Now preheat iron tawa for 10 minutes and place that pan on it let it cook for 15 minutes on slow flame..
  • Now flip the buns and let it cook for 5 minutes on another side.. let it cool & it's ready to serve
