Burnt Garlic Spinach Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched Spinach
  • 1 nos green chilli
  • 1 tsp Finely choped Garlic
  • 4-5 tbsp sprouted Moong ( boil for 1-2 minutes)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • Olive oil
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  • Grind spinach & green chilli into fine paste.
  • Take olive oil, add garlic and saute until golden brown
  • Add spinach puree and add water
  • Add Sprouted moong, pepper powder and salt.
  • Boil for 1 minute.

You can add small pieces tofu
