  • Rice
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Green beans
  • Garlic
  • Cumin
  • Corinader
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Boil washed rice in boiling water with salt and oil. Making burnt garlic green beans rice Heat oil in a wok, add cumin and allow to splutter. Add garlic. Cook till golden brown colour. Remove some of brown garlic and reserve for garnish. Add in chopped green beans. Stir fry for 2 minutes on high flame. Add little salt. Mix in lime juice and black pepper. Add rice. Toss it well. Switch off flame. Add chopped coriander. Garnish with some brown garlic and serve hot.
