- For Mexican Fried Rice: 1. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes. 2. Add chilli garlic, ginger paste and chopped tomatoes, capsicum and saute for 2 minutes.
- 3. Add mix vegetables to it and saute for 2 minutes by adding little water to cook it. Stir it occasionally. 4. Add rice and salt to it mix well. Cook it for 3 minutes . 5. Keep aside our Mexican Fried Rice .
- For Mexican Fried Beans: 1.Soak Rajma in a deep bowl for overnight and drain well on next day. 2. Combine Rajma, tomatoes, chopped onion, green chili, garlic, salt. Cook in pressure cooker using water . Whistle pressure cooker for 5 to 6 Whistle.
- 3. Heat the non-stick pan and add oil in it,add chopped onion to it and saute for 3 minutes. 4. Add Rajma mixture to it, add salt sugar , cumin seed p, chili powder, and butter to it and mix it well. Cook for 3 minutes. 5. Our Fried beans are ready.
- For uncooked salsa sauce: Mix all ingredients of salsa sauce and chopped it roughly.
- How to proceed: Make 4 equal portion of Mexican Fried Rice and Fried Beans. Before serving take a glass serving bowl.
- 1st make a layer of Fried beans . Then make a thin layer of sour cream. Now make a layer of aFriedcRice in layer of sour cream. Now make a layer of grated cheese.
- Repeat the all layers in a same bowl. Finally make a top layer with grated cheese.
