- First chopped all veggies mention above.
- Take a pan add oil & butter then add cumin seeds, then chopped garlic & when garlic becomes red then add onions & Then ginger & saute it till onions are translucent.
- Then add capsicum & saute it for 2 minutes & Then add tomatoes & saute it Then add all spices to it & salt per taste.
- Now add grated potato & chopped coriander & mix it properly for 2 minutes Then close the flame & remove this mixture in bowl & add 1/2 lemon juice.
- Now for making spicy butter tadka take 1/2 spoon kashmiri red Chilli powder & 1/2 spoon pav bhai masala & 4 spoon Amul butter & 1 spoon chopped coriander Heat butter in tadka pan & close the flame & add all ingredients.
- Now cut pav into half from middle & put non-stick Tawa on gas Now put one spoon prepared butter on Tawa & put pav on it & roast it from both sides & Then add veg mixture on it & apply butter on top & bottom.
- Now your butter masala pav is ready to serve.
