- Take mixing bowl add all the ingredients except onion seeds and fresh coriander, make a soft dough from it but not sticky.
- Allow to rest alleast 30 minutes.
- Knead well with oil and divide into equal parts, roll in oval shape and top up with onion seeds and fresh coriander.
- Apply water on the opposite side of the naan, place the water side part on hot tawa.
- Cook at low flame, then the side of tawa to cook other side naan.
- Cook till u see spot on it.
- Grease with butter immediately when it's hot.
