  • Rice floor
  • Home made butter
  • Cumin seed powder
  • Ajwain
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Boil 2cup of water after boiling water add home made fresh butter. Add salt to taste.
  • Now add cumin seed powder and ajwain in it.
  • Now add rice floor in it and mix it well
  • Now keep a plate on it .switch off the flame and keep flour as it is for next 15 minutes. Then all steamed flour remove in flat plate .with help of water make a dove.
  • Take a chakli maker fill the prepared flour and make nice chakli.
  • Make chakli on plastic paper.
  • Take kadhai on high flame and add oil and make it hot. before putting chakli in oil keep flame medium.
  • Fry it from both sides. And then remove it.

Notes/Tips

If you do not have bhajani .then it is very useful type of chakli.in foreign country flours are not available that time you can make chakli from using rice flour.
