Ingredients

  • as required Wheat flour dough
  • as required Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  • Take a dough from wheat dough and give it shape of chapati and spread oil on it.
  • Fold it as shown in pics shown below.
  • Make pleat as shown
  • Now roll it as shown below
  • Spread some dry flour on it and roll paratha with rolling pin.
  • Now put it on pan and fry it with oil
  • Your Lachcha Paratha is Ready. Serve it with pickle and Tea/coffee
