- Roast seviyan in Little ghee till it gets Golden
- Boil full fat milk
- Once boiled add roasted Seviyan stir it Continuously. Cook it till it gets thick
- Add sugar and Butterscotch flavour powder and cook till sugar dissolves. Add chopped dryfruits to it. Once cooled down put it in Refrigerator for 2 hours
- Assemble the falooda
- In a cup Add a layer of Butterscotch Falooda top it With diced mangoes, dryfruits , tooti frooti and a scoop of butt icecream. Repeat the layers two times On the top add a cherry and enjoy!
