  • Full fat milk
  • Seviyan
  • Sugar
  • Chopped Dry fruits
  • Butterscotch powder
  • Tooti frooti
  • Diced mangoes
  • Butterscotch icecream
  • Gheee

Instructions

  • Roast seviyan in Little ghee till it gets Golden
  • Boil full fat milk
  • Once boiled add roasted Seviyan stir it Continuously. Cook it till it gets thick
  • Add sugar and Butterscotch flavour powder and cook till sugar dissolves. Add chopped dryfruits to it. Once cooled down put it in Refrigerator for 2 hours
  • Assemble the falooda
  • In a cup Add a layer of Butterscotch Falooda top it With diced mangoes, dryfruits , tooti frooti and a scoop of butt icecream. Repeat the layers two times On the top add a cherry and enjoy!
