  • Butter
  • Condensed milk
  • Vanilla essence
  • Cornflour
  • Maida
  • Almond flour
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Milk
  • Yoghurt
  • Dark chocolate
  • Freshcream
  • Pista

Instructions

  • Mix butter, condensed milk,vanilla essence till light
  • Sift maida, cornflour, almond powder, baking powder, baking soda
  • Stir well along with milk & yoghurt to form smooth better
  • Bake in a flat tray for 12 to 15 min @180°c
  • While hot roll it for 5 min
  • Made dark chocolate ghanache with chocolate and fresh cream in microwave. Let it cool.
  • Unroll cake spread ghanache. And chopped pistA,roll,and decorate with chocolate ghanache and pista.

Notes/Tips

Remember that roll while cake is hot.
