  • Cucumber
  • Hung Curd
  • Carrot
  • Spring Onion leaves
  • Cheese Slice
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Chat Masala
  • Pepper Powder

Instructions

  • Peel the cucumber into thin long pieces with a peeler. Place all the peeled cucumbers on a tissue paper so as to absorb all water. Take the hung curd and mix the shredded carrot, spring onion leaves, pepper powder, chat Masala and oregano to form a paste.
  • Take the dried cucumber peels and place it on a board. Put a teaspoon of the curd paste on the peel and spread evenly. Place long pieces of cheese slice on the paste. Garnish with oregano, pepper powder and chat Masala.
  • Carefully roll the peel and insert a tooth pick to hold it firmly. Before serving, garnish with little carrot shredding and a drop of tomato sauce or any other sauce you like.

Notes/Tips

Please do not add salt at all. Salt tends to ooze out the water from the vegetables and your preparation will become soggy.
