Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Urad dal
  • Pinch Hing
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 2 Red chillies
  • 10/12 curry leaves chopped
  • As needed Coriander
  • To taste Salt
  • 2 tsp Oil

Instructions

  • Take a pressure cooker add cabbage little salt and water and cook for 1 whistle.
  • Once cool down remove the lid and drain the cabbage.(To remove excess water)
  • Take curd whisk well add the above ingredients into tempering and mix well.
  • Now add boiled cabbage into the mixture. Garnish with coriander.
  • Serve with rice or rotis.

Serve it with any main course meal
