Cabbage and Capsicum Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized Cabbage
  • 2-3 Green Capsicums
  • 2-3 Green Chillies slit
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 1 small bunch chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat oil and add the ginger-garlic paste, and Green chilies. Saute for a minute and add the rest of the spices followed by the thinly sliced Capsicums. Saute until nicely done. Also, add half of the chopped Coriander Leaves too.
  • Followed by the shredded Cabbage. Cover and simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes. Open the lid after done and adjust Salt accordingly.
  • Saute until the Oil starts separating. Garnish with lots of chopped Coriander Leaves. Serve hot as a side dish to your favorite meal. This is a lovely combination and tastes yum with both Rice and Rotis. Yum!
