  • Cabbage
  • Onion
  • Cumin
  • Green chillies
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Coconut
  • Corinader
  • Oil
  • Chana dal
  • Red chilli powder
  • Corinader
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, green chilies, chopped onions, salt and saute them. Then add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, chopped cabbage, mix it well Season with coriander powder,red chili powder, coconut powder, bolied channa dal and cook with closed lid by stirring occasionally till the cabbage is tender. If required add water for cooking. garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice, pulka, chapathi.
