Cabbage canapes with magic masala tomato soup

  • Cabbage
  • Corn
  • Peas
  • Tomato sauce
  • Orgeron
  • Coriander
  • Wheat flour
  • Rava
  • Besan /oats/rice flour
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder
  • Maggi magic masala
  • Oil for fry
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Sugar
  • Ginger
  • Corn flour

Instructions

  • Take a bowl Add 1 cup cabbage, ginger ,wheat flour ,besan/oats ,rava ,salt,chilli powder, orgeron, coriander, magic masala and make a dough of it with title water After keep oil on flame for fry From this dough make small puri with hand only
  • Keep that puri on circular big spoon And than fry It will give katori shape Stuffing recipe Take a cabbage,onion, boiled corn, boiled peas , salt ,tomatoes sauce ,(Mayonnaise ) optional ,coriander Mix it and just stir 3 -4 min in non stick pan
  • For tomato sauce Take a pan add little oil put onion and garlic Saute it after add tomato and salt Cook it till tomato become soft Cook it and then blend it in mixture Add corn flour and water in soup And again blend it Make smooth liquid
  • Take a pan add this liquid it in cook till it become a thick add maggi magic masala which while give a nice taste and flavour to your soup
  • Take a magic masala canapes add stuffing on it garnish with coriander And with small cheese fried balls / Fried bread And serve with tasty magical tomato soup

Don't forget to add maggi magic masala in canapes and in tomato soup for magical flavor
