  • 1/2 Cup grated cabbage
  • 1/2 Cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 Cup besan
  • 1/4 Cup rice atta,1 tb. sp. corn flour
  • 2 tb. sp. tomato sauce, schezwan sauce each
  • 1 tb. sp. chilli sauce
  • Salt as require
  • Oil to fry

Instructions

  • Mix veggies, sauces, flours in bowl.
  • Add salt.
  • Make bhajia & fry.
  • Serve it now
