  • Cabbage
  • Chaat masala
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Rice flour
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Corinader powder
  • Cumin powder

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add rice flour,red chilli powder, corinader powder,cumin, powder,salt and mix. Then add cabbage strips and mix everything well. No need to add water as cabbage has more water itself But if the batter is too thick then add little water. Then take into portion and deep fry in hot oil for 2minutes on all the sides. Then serve hot with ketchup.
