Ingredients

  • 2 Cups thinly chopped cabbage
  • 1 thinly sliced onion
  • 3/4 cup besan
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 1 tsp grated ginger garlic
  • as per taste Salt
  • Few Curry leaves
  • As required Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add all the ingredients, mix well to forms dough.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai.
  • Take small ball size dough make pakodas and deep fry it.
  • Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
