- Grind putna, red chilli powder and jeera to a coarse powder
- Take a kadai, add 3 tbsp oil, and add tempering seeds
- Add onion, and let them turn translucent
- Add capsicum pieces to the onion, add salt and turmeric powder
- Cook on low flame for 10mins
- Add the ground powder to the cooked capsicum and mix it well
- Fry the capsicum for 5 mins of medium flame
- Serve with rice or roti
