- Cook rice along with one spoon of chanadal and 2 pinc of turmeric and let it cool. In kadai pour 3 spoons of oil when oil get heat add mustard, udadal ground nut, hing curryleaves and turmeric.Now add green chillies diced capsicum and fry for two minutes until capsicum is done.Now let it cool. Now in big bowl put cooked rice ,salt , lemonjuice and above tadaka and mix evenly . Add coriander leaves above it. Now the tasty Capsicum Rice is ready to serve.
