- In a large kadai heat 3 tsp Oil and splutter 1 tsp Mustard, 1 tsp Cumin and 2 Red Chilies.
- Add sliced Onion and Ginger Garlic paste and saute well.
- Add Salt, Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Masala-e-Magic powder along with tomato and saute till the tomato turns soft and mushy.
- Add chopped capsicum and green chilies and cook for 5 mins.
- Further add cooked rice. Mix gently without breaking rice grains.
- Cover and simmer for 4 minutes.
- Finally add Coriander leaves and service Capsicum Rice with Raita.
